Looks like some kernel driver has to be compiled for Virtualbox to run properly. This feature is not available right now. When building the Linux kernel, the kernel modules will not be signed automatically unless you select Automatically sign all modules (CONFIG_MODULE_SIG_ALL). Now run Virtualbox again and it should run fine. If you have turned off your wireless adapter in a different operating system, you may have to boot back into that OS and enable the card before it is accessible to
