Mouseworks will NOT work in Vista64bit; however, my work around with the 64bit drivers seems to work just fine. If you were running Vista 32-bit, I believe it would work. weblink So I have installed Trackballworks, and apart from the reduced features, it works fine on my admin account.

Form official support site of Kensigntom, I found they just provide general software for Trackball device, and they still provide older version.
